Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
DBT is a skills and evidence based therapy that helps people manage intense emotions, improve relationships and build a life that feels worth living.
When applied, therapists can help teach practical emotion regulation skills, improve distress and frustration tolerance, improve interpersonal effectiveness and the overall ability to navigate conflict in a more responsive vs reactive manner
Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT)
ESFT is a relational focused, evidence based approach that zooms out, understanding each person not in isolation, but within the context of their family, community and environment.
ESFT helps examine and improve patterns of interaction, roles and boundaries that shape how a person functions, supporting in moving from negative and non functional patterns of thought and interaction to positive and connecting patterns that improve relationship with self and others. ESFT is often used in family therapy but can be adapted for individual and couples to support clients in building stronger, more intentional relationships with each other and the world around them.

Therapeutic Approach
Acceptance and Comittment Therapy (ACT)
ACT is a mindfulness and evidence based therapy that helps clients stop resisting against difficult thoughts and feelings and start creating a values based life guided by what matters most.
Act helps in clarifying core values or reconnecting in shared values (couples/family), building mindfulness strategies and increasing present focused and grounded thinking, developing psychological flexibility and the ability to move forward in the presence of pain, anxiety, and self doubt, even when change feels uncomfortable.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT is one of the founding and most widely researched and effective forms of therapy available, helping people identify the connection between thoughts, feelings and behaviors to make meaningful changes to all three.
CBT helped clients recognize unhelpful thought patterns, challenge distorted beliefs and develop practical coping strategies, replacing negative thoughts patterns with more realistic and functional thoughts and actions.
